About Us

The IAStructE Student’s Chapter at Earthquake Engineering Research Center(EERC), IIIT Hyderabad was inaugurated on 29th of August, 2022. It is a student body that works under the Indian Association for Structural Engineering (IAStructE). The student chapter was formed to bridge the gap between students and the professionals of Structural Engineering. The executive committee of student’s chapter has been actively involved in conducting various seminars, workshops, guest lectures and field visits related to Structural Engineering.

This forum has been a great platform for the students to gain knowledge, provides an opportunity to interact with experts, facilitate collaboration between students, faculty and industry professionals and insights related to Structural Engineering domain.
